Product Description: KD-QS Load Cell  is being widely used to truck scales , railway scale hopper scale and other weighing equipment .KD-QS Load Cell  adopts the latest weighing concept. There exists independent A/D converter and digital signal output port in the load cell. It solves the problem of low voltage signal during long-distance transmission. Each digital load cell before leaving factory will be done digital compensations to capacity output, hysteresis, creep, nonlinearity, etc. The whole load cell including supporting part, crust, and strain chip is made of stainless steel. And the crust is sealed by laser welding. The microprocessor controlling digital signal is hermetic in the load cell, which is strongly anti-jamming. The outstanding self-diagnosing performance of load cell makes maintenance and setting more convenient. Corner-adjustment via keyboard makes demarcating exemptible and possesses advanced man-machine conversation interface, which is superior to simulative load cell. The PCB anti-lightening strike design inside digital load cell greatly ensures its reliable operating.
